Ginger beer
Apple and ginger juice

Cranberry juice

Freshly squeezed lime juice

Fresh ginger

1. Chop or grate the fresh ginger. Muddle the ginger with lime juice and honey in a shaker glass.

2. Shake with the Mamajuana, cranberry juice and apple and ginger juice.

3. Sieve into a champagne coupe or flute over ice and top up with either ginger beer or prosecco. Dust with nutmeg and enjoy!
