Inspired by the drink created in 2002 by bartender Douglas Ankrah, the Porn Star Martini. It's said that its creator thought it was what a porn star would order; other stories hold that he was inspired by the smell of a stripper's perfume. In any case, we exchanged vanilla with honey in this crowd-pleasing combination with passion fruit accompanied by a shot of sparkling wine to give the porn stars all over some justice.
INGREDIENTS

tbsp lime juice
tbsp sugar syrup
ripe of passion fruit
PREPARATION

Scoop the seeds from one of the passion fruits into the glass of a cocktail shaker, and add the mamajuana, passoa, lime juice and sugar syrup. Add a handful of ice and shake well, strain into 2 martini glasses, top up with prosecco, then add half a passion fruit to each. Serve immediately.
