PLANters punch
Planter’s Punch is a simple mixture of rum, citrus, sugar and spice. This classic drink has been quenching thirsts since the late-1800s, but its origins are murky. Though hotels in Charleston and St. Louis are associated with the cocktail, it’s more likely that it originated in Jamaica.
INGREDIENTS
45 ml
20 ml
10 ml
10 ml
35 ml
35 ml
Ron Dorado
Lime juice
Grenadine
Simple syrup
Orange juice
Pineapple juice
Angostura bitters
PREPARATION

Pour the rum and fruit juices into a cocktail

Strain into a highball or hurricane glass filled with cubed ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig.
