MEDIA ANALYTICS
-
Setup and daily management of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
-
Ongoing, real-time optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded
-
Provide media planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, helping determine platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more including the setup, implementation, and measurement of various controlled A/B tests
-
Assist with client-facing campaign reporting and write-ups to ensure relevant metrics and insights are shown
-
Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection, and takeaways, and generally strive to “over-deliver” to clients.
SEO ANALYTICS
-
You will plan, develop and implement SEO strategies for our clients.

You will work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.

You act as the client’s partner in representing their point of view internally and when reviewing work and leverage this perspective when providing feedback to the team and presenting to the client.

You strategize optimization to shoot up clients' search engine result rankings.

You master metrics and monitor performance, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs to evaluate SEO strategies.

You ensure website content which includes blog posts and page descriptions are written in superb quality.

You manage effectively the webs links and contents to maximize optimization and rankings in search engines.

You prepare and present reports regularly, both internally and to external clients.

You identify buyer personas to better target identified audiences.

You manage client expectations regularly ensuring clear communication across updates, timelines, recommending adjustments, creating presentations, etc.
CREATIVE DESIGN

You’ll be asked to do a range of creative work for a range of clients, as well as Anteroz-wide projects

You’ll work within a dynamic team structure with several creative leads, helping to support and deliver on our core community and brand-specific campaigns

You’ll have a mastery of industry best practices and the platforms we love, as well as be willing to learn and articulate the unique Anteroz on each

You’ll care about conceiving, designing, developing, and putting the team in the best position to present our ideas way more than you do about getting credit for the work

You’ll gain strong typography skills, love and mastery of photoshop, and be comfortable in all adobe creative suite programs
SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Responding to queries and engaging the community on social media

Providing suggestions and recommendations for new types of content

Keeping up to date with current cultural trends and trends in social media

Helping determine platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more

COPYWRITER
-
Own a range of creative work from content calendars to campaigns.

Work with a designer within a dynamic team structure with several creative leads, helping to support and deliver on our core product and brand-specific campaigns.

Organize and assist in directing content photoshoots with our in-house studio.

Care more about concepting, writing, developing, and putting the team in the best position to present our ideas than you do about getting credit for the work.
FINANCE
-
Verify transactions to comply with Financial policies and procedures.
-
Data entry of documents such as vendor invoices, contract of service, utility bills, corporate cards, prepayments, etc.
-
Perform 2-way matching with PO.
-
Prepare payment proposals, generate a scheduled payment, and execute payment runs on regular monthly cycles.
-
Point of contact for payment-related matters.
-
Processing of staff claims thru the finance system
-
AR duties include generating invoices, customer’s statement of account, and processing receipts.

Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and suppliers’ invoices.

Support our local HR Operations team as we scale, operate, and move quickly. No task is too small for you to tackle, and you take a team approach to anything thrown at you.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders, other internal teams (both local and global), and most importantly within HR to become a trusted member of our Singapore team.

Handle HR administrative tasks with 101% database accuracy within our HR systems such as HiBob, ADP Payroll, LinkedIn Recruiter, and excel spreadsheets. In fact, you have an eye for perfection in this area.
